My own dictionary of quotations
Posted on | July 5, 2005
Curious to know more about T S Eliot following my posting the other day, I messed around on the internet and came across two quotations which suggested I might drop them into the world of wine. I decided on the spur of the moment to start a new section entitled « My own dictionary of quotations» where I will put all the quotations which I would never use in conversation.
-
«Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?
Where is the knowledge we have lost in information? »
T.S. Eliot, extract from the preface of The Rock
-
«One only builds something solid out of the past. »
T.S. Eliot
